The Cypriot preselection took place in Nea
Leoforos 115 Club in Limassol on Wednesday the 16th of February. The show was
pretty good featuring interval acting from Charlotte (ESC99 winner) ,Stella
Georgiadou and boyband ONE. There were 11contestants and the voting was from 1
to 12 including a 9.

Alex Panagi represented Cyprus in 1995 with the
song "Sti fotia" and we all remember how good he was.Christina was
playing the keyboards that night.
The 2000 entry is a fab ethnic song and my guess
is that Alex is going to rearrange the song with a better orchestration .He
said he 'll do his best and I believe in him.
